According to the technology and the device for composite type advanced catalytic oxidation, a Fenton technology, a photo-catalytic oxidation technology and a metal catalytic oxidation technology are combined, the rate for producing hydroxyl radicals with strong oxidation capacity is increased under the catalytic conditions of metal and light, by means of chemical reactions such as hydroxyl addition, substitution, electron transfer and the like of the formed hydroxyl radicals with pollutants, most organic compounds can be mineralized or decomposed, one part is mineralized and precipitated, the other part of macromolecular compounds are decomposed into low-toxicity or toxicity-free micromolecular substances, certain compounds are even directly decomposed into water and carbon dioxide, and the wastewater treatment effect is realized. On the basis of catalytic oxidation, catalysts and agent feeding addition are optimized, different types of catalysts are used in different contact time, the agent consumption is reduced substantially, the comprehensive energy consumption is reduced effectively, and organic compounds difficult to decompose in wastewater are removed in a targeted manner. With use of multiple catalysts, the efficiency is doubled or more that of a common ozone catalyst or other strong oxidants, and accordingly, the operation cost is reduced greatly.
