Large-size optical fiber preform and manufacturing method of optical fiber thereof

The invention relates to a large-size optical fiber preform and a manufacturing method of the optical fiber thereof. A fluorine-doped liner tube is used as a base tube for depositing cladding layers and a core layer and is melted and shrunk into a solid mandril, and then the solid mandril and a sleeve form the preform; or the cladding layer part is deposited on the surface of the solid mandril to directly form the mandril to draw wire on a wire drawing tower. Wire drawing also can be carried out on the preform or solid mandril before stretching. During the wire drawing process, the optical fiber is coated with two layers of coating so as to obtain a mono-mode optical fiber with high anti-fatigue parameter, low water peak and insensitivity to bending. The manufacturing method has the advantages of large preform size, long wire drawing length of a single preform, relatively simple process and low cost and is remarkably suitable for scale production. The optical fiber manufactured by the method has a low water peak, extremely low optical loss caused by bending and relatively high anti-fatigue parameter and is particularly applicable to the optical fiber to be used when bent radius is small, such as an optical fiber access network (FTTx) or a small optical device.

A relief valve having a structure where a cavitation phenomenon is prevented is simply and reliably operated. A thin center section (31) and a stationary section (32) are provided on an elastic diaphragm (30) placed inside a partition member (6), the stationary section (32) is fixed in position, and a relief valve (33) is formed integrally with the outer periphery of the stationary section (32). The relief valve (33) has a slope surface (34) on the auxiliary liquid chamber (7) side and also has a depression section (35) opened to the main liquid chamber (5) side. The rigidity of the relief valve (33) varies in the circumferential direction. When the pressure inside the main liquid chamber (5) is negative, operation liquid in the auxiliary liquid chamber (7) opens the relief valve (33) to leak it to the main liquid chamber (5), preventing occurrence of a cavitation phenomenon. Since the relief valve (33) is integrally formed with the elastic diaphragm (30), the relief valve for cavitation prevention can be easily produced, does not affect the existing structure, facilitates assembly and tuning, and can be realized at low cost. Antivibration performance is maintained constant without affecting performance of an orifice path.

The invention relates to a zoom lens imaging apparatus and method. The apparatus includes at least two zoom imaging units, a channel selector connected with the zoom imaging units; and a control unit connected with the zoom imaging units and the channel selector. Focal lengths of the zoom imaging units increase progressively in sequence, and the focal lengths of two adjacent zoom imaging units partially overlap. The channel selector is used for selecting and taking signals outputted by at least one zoom imaging units as the output. The control unit is used for controlling the focal length between the zoom imaging unit imaging at the moment and the zoom imaging unit imaging at the next moment to sequentially overlap with focal lengths between each two zoom imaging units within the former focal length, and also for controlling the channel selector to switch from taking the zoom imaging unit imaging at the moment as a signal input end sequentially to taking the zoom imaging unit imaging at the next moment as the signal input end. The zoom lens imaging apparatus and method can be used for reducing the attenuation effects of a zoom lens with a wide-range focal length on the environmental illumination.

The method includes: filtering the bamboo pulping black liquor, adjusting pH to 1.5 to 2.0, and acquiring lignin by settling; drying the lignin, dissolving the lignin with 90% acetic acid to obtain lignin acetic acid solution of low viscosity, and subjecting the lignin acetic acid solution to ultrafiltration and grading with ultrafiltration membranes having different cut-off molecular weights; and subjecting ultrafiltrate and cut-off liquid to precipitating with distillate according to the ratio being 1:10 and purifying with dichloroethane / water, diethyl ether and petroleum ether solvents to obtain lignins different in molecular weight distribution range. The pH value of the bamboo pulping black liquor of high viscosity is adjusted with hydrochloric acid to precipitate the lignin therein, the lignin is dissolved with the 90% acetic acid, and the lignin acetic acid solution is of low viscosity and is directly graded with the ultrafiltration membranes to separate the lignins; the method has the advantages that stock liquor needs no dilution, membrane flux is great, attenuating speed is low, a membrane component is simple to maintain, and the industrial applicability is high.

The invention provides a preparation method of a special low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cladding layer material for a butterfly-shaped introduction cable of an access network. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) proportioning the components of the cladding layer material in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of high-fused ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-15 parts of low-fused ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-15 parts of polyethylene, 55-65 parts of a fire retardant, 10-20 parts of compatilizer, 2-3 parts of ultra-high molecular weight silicone, and 0.3-0.8 part of anti-oxygen; adding the components in a milling machine for mixing for 8-12 minutes, and discharging when the mixing temperature reaches 135-150 DEG C; (2) feeding the mixture into a double-screw-rod extruding machine, plastifying through double screw rods, and pelleting through a single screw rod, wherein for all the sections of the screw rods, a feeding section has a temperature of 90-110 DEG C, a transportation section has a temperature of 120-130 DEG C, a plastifying section has a temperature of 130-140 DEG C, and a machine head has a temperature of 135-145 DEG C; and pelleting is carried out by using an air cooling and hot cutting process; and finally drying the made particles to obtain a finished product. The cladding layer material manufactured by the invention is used as a special material of a rubber-insulated optical cable, and has the advantages of good material flowing property, good binding property and good product quality. Furthermore, the optical attenuation degree can be greatly reduced.

A preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, the polymer monomers, an initiator, a cross-linking agent and a foaming agent are mixed into an oil phase, then the energetic additive is added to the oil phase, the mixture is evenly mixed and then is dispersed in a water phase and suspended in a high-pressure reactor forpolymerization, heating is performed for curing, and thermal expandable multi-core composite energetic microspheres are obtained; finally, heating is performed for foaming and expanding, cooling is performed, and the multi-core hollow energetic microspheres are obtained. The multi-core hollow energetic microspheres can have dual effects of hot spots and the energetic additive in the emulsion explosive, and a shell can improve storage stability of the energetic additive and safety of the high-power emulsion explosive.
