Various biological antibacterial insect repellent materials such as the waste tobacco materials, the raw ginger residues and the microbial agent are added in the fertilizer disclosed by the invention; nicotine and beneficial microorganisms which are contained in the biological antibacterial insect repellent materials can effectively suppress the activities of pathogenic bacteria and pests, and a microenvironment suitable for the growth of crops can be created; the effect of nutritional supplement can be achieved, and the medicinal oxygen enrichment coated fertilizer can replace application of part of chemical pesticides; therefore, the safety of the soil and the crops are guaranteed, and the pesticide and fertilizer dual effects are achieved.
