The copper titanic alloy wires and the copper nickel alloy wires have the technical process of raw material preparation, vacuum fusion, hot forging, hot rolling, annealing of hot rolling flan, a process from drawing to annealing with a repetition of three times, and finished product detection and package for leaving factories. The ambient temperature used by the invention is high and wide with a range from -55 DEG C to 300 DEG C, and the invention has the advantages of high precision compensation with a precision level, reduction of raw material cost of 60 percent.
