alloy conductor comprises the following ingredients according to percentage by weight: 0.42-0.46% of Cu, 0.30-0.32% of Fe, 0.28-0.34% of Si, 0.19-0.23% of P, 0.18-0.20% of Ca, 0.16-0.20% of K, 0.09-0.15% of Mo, 0.09-0.15% of Co, 0.08-0.12% of Mn, 0.07-0.11% of Cr, 0.05-0.07% of Sn, 0.04-0.08% of Ti, 0.04-0.06% of Zn, and the balance of Al and inevitable impurities. The production process comprises
smelting the ingredients of the
raw material, standing, slagging off,
casting, annealing in a homogenizing manner, extruding the
raw material and drawing into wires, and a finished product of the aluminum-alloy conductor material is prepared finally through cleaning, shearing, straightening, inspecting and packaging. Compared with the existing aluminum-alloy conductor material, the aluminum-alloy conductor material provided by the invention is higher in strength and better in
conductivity, the long-term experiment of the scientific research department shows that the tensile strength is up to 283 Mpa, the
conductivity is up to 62.7% IACS, the
heat resistance durability is more than 2 years under normal work at the state of 240 DEG C, and the aluminum-alloy conductor material has the advantages of strong
corrosion resistance, low cost, light weight and simple and convenient production, and is suitable for
power transmission outdoors.
