The invention discloses a synthetic method of
neohesperidin dihydrochlcone. The synthetic method comprises the following steps of: adding
electrolyte into an
anode chamber and a
cathode chamber while adding the
neohesperidin dihydrochlcone to the
cathode chamber, adding the solution into an isolated
electrolytic cell to be electrolyzed, concentrating and spin-
drying electrolyzed
cathode solution, dissolving a product obtained by spin-
drying and adjusting the product to acidity, cooling to 0 DEG C, standing to separate out
solid, filtering and recrystallizing the
solid to obtain the
neohesperidin dihydrochlcone. According to the invention, a catalyst and gas
hydrogen are not used in the method, reactive
hydrogen is provided through
electrolysis of water, the newly generated
hydrogen has larger activity, and can be subjected to
addition reaction with carbon-carbon
double bond in the absence of the catalyst,
water resources can be abundant, the hydrogen and the
oxygen are generated by
electrolysis, the hydrogen is taken as a
proton source to carry out
addition reaction with the neohesperidin dihydrochlcone, and the
oxygen cannot cause environmental
pollution after the
oxygen is directly discharged to
atmosphere.
