A method for extracting solanesol

The invention relates to a method for highly selectively extracting solanesol. The method comprises the following specific processes: soaking and boiling tobacco leaves with deionized water, filtering, baking filtered residue, and crushing to obtain coarse tobacco leaf powder; adding ammonia water into the coarse tobacco leaf powder, performing ammonolysis, and extracting to obtain paste; adding ethyl alcohol into the paste, extracting to obtain a coarse product, and performing post-processing to obtain coarse solanesol; after the coarse solanesol is dissolved, complexing with metal ions in ametal ion aqueous solution to obtain precipitate; and drying the precipitate under reduced pressure, adding a mixed solution of n-hexane and water, oscillating in water bath, separating liquid to obtain an upper organic phase, and drying to obtain white solid, namely, the solanesol, under the reduced pressure. Compared with the conventional process, repeated column chromatography elution is not required to be performed with a large number of organic solvents by the method provided by the invention; high-purity solanesol is obtained by selectively complexing with the solanesol by utilizing silver ions; the process is simple; the product purity is high; the cost is low; and the energy consumption is low.
