The invention provides a radioactive organic waste liquid treatment process and
system. The process comprises the following steps: mixing radioactive organic waste liquid and additives according to acertain proportion and an addition sequence; quantitatively feeding the prepared solution into a pyrolyzing furnace, controlling the temperature of the pyrolyzing furnace in a preset range, performingpyrolysis and
neutralization reactions on the prepared solution to generate pyrolytic ash and organic combustible
waste gas; collecting and temporarily storing pyrolytic ash in an ash discharging hopper, periodically filling pyrolytic ash into a waste bin, delivering the waste bin into a
processing facility,
processing the pyrolytic ash; filtering organic combustible
waste gas, then feeding organic combustible
waste gas into a
combustion furnace, combusting the organic combustible waste gas, after
combustion, feeding high-temperature
flue gas into a quench cooler, rapidly cooling the high temperature
flue gas until the temperature of the
flue gas is lower than a first preset temperature, making the
flue gas go through a washing
tower, wherein the temperature of the
flue gas is reduced tobe lower than a second preset temperature after going through the washing
tower, and finally discharging the
flue gas through a
tail gas draught fan. Radioactive substances in a radioactive organic waste liquid are fully separated, the inorganic rate of the treated organic waste liquid meets the requirement, and the environmental
pollution and potential safety hazards can be effectively eliminated.
