The invention provides a porous biological material using modified gelatin as a crosslinking agent and a preparation method of the porous biological material. The preparation method specially comprises the following steps: dissolving an acrylamide monomer, methacrylamide modified gelatin and inorganic nano-clay in deionized water, and stirring for 10 to 30 minutes in an inert atmosphere; adding a catalyst, stirring for 5 to 10 minutes in the inert atmosphere, and then adding an initiator; performing radical polymerization for 12 to 48 hours at the temperature of -30 DEG C to 30 DEG C; soaking the reaction product in the deionized water at 20 DEG C for 48 to 72 hours, and replacing the deionized water every 5 to 8 hours, and finally performing freeze-drying on the reaction product for 24 to 48 hours to obtain the porous biological material using modified gelatin as the crosslinking agent. The preparation method is simple in preparation process, the condition can be controlled, and the prepared porous biological material has the characteristics of good biocompatibility, mechanical property, macroporous property, quick swelling property and the like at the same time, and can be widely applied in the fields of biological scaffolds, cell culture, drug controlled release, tissue engineering, trauma and burn treatment and other biomedical materials.

The invention discloses a method for preparing macroporous quick-response polyacrylamide hydrogel by adopting frontal polymerization of an acrylamide deep-eutectic solvent, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of functional polymer materials. The method comprises the following steps: mixing acrylamide with a halogen-containing ammonium salt or halogen-containing quaternary ammonium salt or halogen-containing phosphonium salt compound, stirring at 80-100 DEG C until a transparent and clear liquid is formed, and cooling to obtain an acrylamide-based deep-eutectic solvent; adding a cross-linking agent and an initiator into the deep-eutectic solvent at the temperature of not lower than 35 DEG C to form a mixture solution; transferring the formed mixture solution into a tubular reactor, heating at the upper end or the lower end of the reactor by adopting a heat source to initiate a reaction, and removing the heat source until all the raw materials in the whole reactor are converted into polymer gel after the thermal initiation reaction is started; and soaking and washing the obtained polymer gel with distilled water, and freeze-drying to obtain the target hydrogel. No extraliquid solvent is needed, the polymerization speed is high, the reaction time is short, and the energy consumption is low.

A water swelling water stop material comprised of a water permeable sheet, characterized in that water absorbent resin particles (A) are enclosed therein so that the water stop material upon water absorption and swelling has the configuration of polyhedron (B). The water stop material is thin to thereby facilitate storage thereof and is lightweight to thereby render carry thereof easy. The polyhedron (B) is so constructed that upon water absorption and swelling, at least two faces are planar. When the polyhedron (B) is formed into a rectangular solid or cube, even if multiple polyhedrons (B) are piled one upon another, they are stable and are resistant to collapse even under the influence of a large amount of water. When polyhedrons (B) of the same configuration are piled one upon another, any gaps between water stop materials are slight so as to inhibit water leakage through the gaps. Moreover, when the polyhedron (B) has a cavity, the cavity can be packed with a heavy solid material or can have a stake hammered therein so that the water stop material can stably resist violent water streams. Therefore, this water swelling water stop material can be appropriately used as a water stop material for rainwater penetration prevention in order to protect banks, buildings, houses, etc. in the event of flood, heavy rain, etc.
