The preparation method comprises the following steps: I, performing crushingtreatment on aluminum electrolysis waste cathode carbon blocks through mechanical crushing or a fine grinding method; II, performing alkaline leaching on the crushed waste cathode carbon blocks obtained in the step I, and repeatedly washing leaching dregs as an alkaline leaching sample with distilled water or deionized water; III, performing loading soaking on the alkaline leaching waste cathodecarbon blocks obtained in the step II by using a cerous nitrate solution, and performing drying in a drying oven for later use; IV, performing high-temperature roasting on the waste cathode carbon blocks after soaking in the step III in an inert atmosphere, and performing cooling to an activation temperature; and V, performing vapor high-temperature activation on the high-temperature activated waste cathode carbon blocks obtained in the step IV, and performing slow cooling, so as to obtain the sintering flue gas desulfurization and denitrification material. The material has the characteristicsof being low in cost, good in high temperature resistance, high in strength, rich in micropore, not easy to block and long in service life, and the desulfurization rate is up to 97% or greater and the denitrification rate is up to 90% or greater when a steel sintering flue gas is treated.

Vegetable fat-based latex, preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides vegetable oil-based latex, which is synthesized by taking vegetable oil as a raw material, and is a bio-based material, wherein the epoxidized vegetable oil monomer has a conversion rate of more than 98%, so that the requirement of emulsion polymerization is met. According to the invention, the vegetable fat-based latex prepared through emulsion polymerization can be directly coated on a base material to be dried in the air to complete adhesion to be used as a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and can also be dried in the air to be heated and cured to be used as a thermosetting adhesive, and tests show that the latex has good adhesion; and the vegetable fat-based latex can be used as bio-based epoxy resin after being cured at high temperature by adding a curing agent, and the cured epoxy resin has excellent mechanical properties.

A method for preparing polyurethane adhesive by using montmorillonite modified waste polyurethane recycling product

The invention relates to a method for preparing polyurethane adhesive by using waste polyuret0hane recovery product by using montmorillonite. The method comprises the following steps: (1) using the waste polyurethane elastomer as a raw material, adding an alcoholysis agent and an auxiliary alcoholysis agent, degrading the waste to obtain regenerated polyol by heating and under a certain of reducing atmosphere condition; (2) secondarily modifying the montmorillonite; (3) adding auxiliary and the secondarily modified montmorillonite in the regenerated polyol to obtain the polyurethane adhesive. The regenerated polyol obtained through the invention is stable in property, uniform in molecular weight, and small in viscosity number, and a hydroxyl value meets the use requirement of the polymer polyol; the secondarily modified montmorillonite is used for modifying the adhesive, the use performance and the applicable range of the adhesive are greatly improved, the tensile strength is improved by 38% and more, the bending strength and the bending modulus are improved by 40% and more.
