The double-shell hollow microspheres of the invention have good monodispersity and simultaneously have pH responsiveness and temperature responsiveness.

Method for preparing hollow mesoporous silica nanosphere loaded propranolol hydrochloride composite system

The invention relates to a method for preparing a hollow mesoporous silica nanosphere loaded propranolol hydrochloride composite system. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing solid silica spheres; (2) preparing hollow mesoporous silica nanospheres; (3) preparing a propranolol hydrochloride solution; (4) loading propranolol hydrochloride onto the hollow mesoporous silica nanospheres; and (5) performing washing. The hollow mesoporous silica nanospheres prepared by the method disclosed by the invention are adjustable in particle size, good in monodispersity, uniform in particle size and high in propranolol hydrochloride drug loading capacity, and have a slow-release structure.
