The invention relates to a deodorant nitrogen-conserving conditioner. The using method comprises the following steps: evenly mixing pig manure and crushed straw or other crop straw in a ratio of 2-8:1, wherein the moisture content is between 60 and 65 percent; carrying out simple high-temperature composting by adding 25 to 40kg deodorant nitrogen-conserving conditioner in each 1,000kg compost rawmaterial; and adopting a pile-turning or a forced ventilation mode, wherein the temperature is not more than 70 DEG C during high-temperature composting. The deodorant nitrogen-conserving conditionercomprises 15 to 20kg calcium chloride, 10 to 15kg calcium superphosphate and 3 to 8kg zeolite. The compost becomes thoroughly decomposed after 30-day composting. The deodorant nitrogen-conserving conditioner is characterized in that: the conditioner can reduce odorous substances in the pig manure compost and ammonia volatilization and eliminates odour more than 10 days earlier; moreover, the conditioner increases the content of nitrogen nutrients in a compost product by over 20 percent and reduces nitrogen loss by over 70 percent in the composting process; and at the same time, the conditioner has the advantage of simple and easy operation and is suitable to be used in organic fertilizer factories and vast rural areas.

Method for reducing abundance of tetracycline resistance genes in organic fertilizer

The invention relates to a method for reducing the abundance of tetracycline resistance genes in an organic fertilizer. The method comprises the following steps: performing pyrolysis on a bamboo at 600 DEG C to obtain biochar; then by taking wheat straws in chicken manure compost as a conditioner, uniformly mixing the air-dried chicken manure with the chopped wheat straws, and regulating the initial C / N ratio to 25:1; adding the biochar accounting for 2.5% of the mixture based on dry weight into the mixture, and adding distilled water to regulate the water content to 60%; and after the composted materials are sufficiently and uniformly mixed, performing composting in a full-automatic composting device, wherein oxygen introduction is ensured by a forced ventilation process. After 26 days of composting, tetracycline resistance genes (tetG, tetW and tetX) are reduced by 70% or above by the treatment of the added biochar, and the removal rate is obviously higher than that of the control treatment. According to the invention, the method reduces the abundance of tetracycline resistance genes in chicken manure compost; and meanwhile, the method has the advantages of short composting period, simple equipment, easy operation, low cost, high compost product stability and safety and the like.

With the method provided by the invention, catalyst dilute phase bed layer temperature of the regenerators can be substantially reduced, such that regenerator stable operation can be realized, and catalytic cracking process production distribution can be improved.

With the method provided by the invention, regeneration device local overheating and over-temperature phenomena caused by dilute phase tail burning can be avoided, such that regeneration device stable operation can be realized.

The invention provides a block copolyester with a structure as shown in a formula (I) which is described in the specification. According to the invention, a novel poly(ethylene terephthalate furandicarboxylate) block copolyester is prepared by adding poly(furandicarboxylic acid) into polyethylene terephthalate through a transesterification reaction; compared with pure polyethylene terephthalate, the copolyester has excellent oxygen and carbon dioxide barrier properties, and solves the defects of short food shelf life and needing of a large number of preservatives due to poor barrier propertiesto gases like oxygen, or the defect of incapable recovery due to needing of a plurality of layers of composite films to improve the barrier properties to gases like the oxygen for a traditional polyethylene terephthalate polyester food packaging film. Experimental results show that the block copolyester provided by the invention has oxygen barrier properties increased by 20% to 400% compared withPET, and carbon dioxide barrier properties increased by 20% to 520% compared with the PET. The polyester barrier film and the barrier bottle prepared from the block copolyester provided by the invention can be used in the fields of food packaging, drug packaging, automobile, electronics, etc.
