The invention relates to a method for preparing microcrystalline cellulose at low temperature. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) completely soaking the cellulose raw material in a soaking solvent, wherein the soaking solvent is water or an acid solution with mass percent concentration not over 15wt% or an oxide solution with mass percent concentration not over 5wt%; (2) freezing the cellulose raw material after the soaking treatment in the step (1), and grinding; (3) performing high-speed shear treatment on the cellulose powder obtained by the grinding in the step (2), and performing aftertreatment on the product after the high-speed shear treatment to obtain the microcrystalline cellulose. The method for preparing microcrystalline cellulose at low temperature provided by the invention can obtain microcrystalline cellulose with different polymerization degrees lower than 350 and relatively high crystallization degree; high-temperature treatment process can be avoided, the energy consumption is low, and the process is simple and green and environment-friendly.

Component pieces are polished then joined at low temperature using a silicate-containing joining liquid. Assembly is then performed in such a way that the joining liquid forms an interface between each component. After a period of low or slightly elevated temperature curing, rigid joints are formed throughout and the composite is dimensionally, vibrationally, and temperature stable and can withstand tensile stresses >4000 psi. The room-temperature cured composite can be heat treated using a slow, systematic temperature increase to dehydrate the joints. A sealing coating may optionally be provided to prevent excess dried joining liquid from flaking off the formed joint.

The invention discloses an extraction and detection method of rapeseed glucosinolate, which belongs to the field of deep processing of oil crops. The extraction and purification method of glucosinolate in rapeseeds is improved through comprehensive application of technologies such as constant-temperature water bath, ultrasonic extraction, a solid-phase extraction column, a microfiltration membraneand the like; an ion pair extraction method is utilized to establish an accurate and efficient rapeseed glucosinolate analysis method; the method can meet the detection requirements of 14 known rapeseed glucosinolates, and six newly discovered glucosinolate components existing in rapeseeds are extracted and qualitatively characterized for the first time. The method solves the problem of unclear degradation mechanism of the traditional rapeseed glucosinolate as a flavor precursor substance, improves the stability of the rapeseed glucosinolate in the extraction process, and has great application potential and economic value in the fields of rapeseed oil processing raw material selection, breeding direction and the like.

The invention discloses a preparation method for a fuel cell gas diffusion layer with hydrophobicity. The preparation method comprises the steps of performing hydrophobic treatment on a porous carbonfiber substrate in a hydrophobic solution; performing thermal treatment on the porous carbon fiber substrate for 5-30 minutes under 60-150 DEG C after hydrophobic treatment; preparing micropore layerpaste, wherein the micropore layer paste is prepared by mixing a hydrophobing agent, carbon black particle and water; and coating the micropore layer paste at one side of the porous carbon fiber substrate, and performing thermal treatment for 5-30 minutes under 60-150 DEG C to obtain the fuel cell gas diffusion layer with hydrophobicity. The preparation method has the advantages of economy, rapidness and high production efficiency.
