washer, a die, a check ring, an integrated pressure / temperature sensor, a mandrel, an adjusting bolt, an air vent bolt, a heating ring, a temperature sensor, a connecting
pipe and a
flange plate. The mould adopts a
feeding mode of which feeding direction is perpendicular to the
extrusion direction; the vibration head adopts a spiral groove type structure and vibrates along the microtube extrusion direction; different spure speraders, mandrels and dies with different structural parameters can be changed according to demands; and the integrated pressure / temperature sensor is used to measure the changes of the pressure / temperature in the runner of the mould. By designing the
ultrasonic vibration microtube extrusion mould capable of realizing vertical feeding,
