The preparation method of the stable nanocrystal with theNaYF4:Yb3+ / Er3+@BiOCL core-shell structure aims at solving the technical problem of low photoelectric conversion efficiency in the existing NaYF4:Yb3+ / Er3+ up-conversion dye-sensitized solar battery.The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1, preparing a BiCl3 (bismuth trichloride) solution; 2, adding NaYF4:Yb3+ / Er3+ into the BiCl3 solution, so as to obtain the BiOCL-coated NaYF4:Yb3+ / Er3+ nanocrystal; 3, sintering the BiOCL-coated NaYF4:Yb3+ / Er3+ nanocrystal, so as to obtain the stable nanocrystal with the NaYF4:Yb3+ / Er3+@BiOCL core-shell structure. A light anode of the dye-sensitized solar battery prepared from the nanocrystal has the advantage that the battery efficiency is improved by 10% to 14% than the untreated NaYF4:Yb3+ / Er3+ material, so that the nanocrystal can be applied into the dye-sensitized solar battery.

The present invention discloses a preparation method used for synthesizing a chloroethylene mercury-free catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps: coal-based activated carbon issubjected to ultrasonic washing with distilled water; the washed coal-based activated carbon is dried for standby application; tin tetrachloride, copper chloride, bismuth trichloride, barium chlorideand cerous chloride are dissolved in a hydrogen chloride solution to prepare impregnation liquid; then the impregnation liquid is loaded onto the above treated activated carbon by an equal volume impregnateon method; the treated materials are transferred to a rotary evaporator at 60-64 DEG C for a rotary evaporation for 5.5-6.5 h; water is basically evaporated; finally the materials are dried in an oven at 100-105 DEG C for 13-15 h; and the finished product is obtained by cooling. The method is simple, rapid and easy to operate. The prepared mercury-free catalyst has a good catalytic performance close to a level of mercury catalysts, and is also good in stability and long in service life.
