The preparation method comprises the following steps: a, preparing a pressed blank by pressing a prepared hard alloy mixture through the die-casting and isostatic pressing forming processes; and b, pre-sintering the formed pressed blank at the temperature of 810 to 880 DEG C in a vacuum sintering furnace, maintaining the temperature for 60 to 80 minutes, and then cooling to reach the room temperature after the pre-sintering. According to the preparation method of the hard alloy pressed blank, the pressed blank formed by pressing is pre-sintered; the pre-sintered pressed blank has certain hardness and bending resistance and is relatively high in pressed performance, so that the hard alloy pressed blank can be effectively cut by turning, milling, drilling, boring and other general mechanical processing for further forming before being sintered, the subsequent processing allowance of the sintered product can be greatly reduced, the processing cost can be decreased, and the processing efficiency is increased.

Experimental results show that the formed body for a dental department and the resin material for a dental department disclosed in the invention are proper in bending strength, suitable for human hardness, difficult for miscellaneous bacteria breeding and high in safety. There is no resin anaphylactic reaction. Bisphenol A cannot be dissolved.
