polishing. The production process is compact in flow. Waste second-level and third-level diatomite is adopted as diatomite, the cost is low, waste utilization is achieved, aluminum
powder serves as a
foaming agent, water glass serves as an
adhesive, the overall structure of the board is uniform, the second-level and third-level diatomite has many pores, the process does not have a
calcination link, the pores cannot be damaged, and therefore the board body has certain adsorption capacity, the indoor
humidity can be adjusted, indoor harmful gas can be removed, and the method is suitable for industrial production.
