silicon modified weather-resistant
epoxy resin insulating material, and belongs to the technical field of electrical insulating material preparation, wherein the insulating material is prepared by
processing the components described in the claim 1. A
processing method comprises the step 4 or the step 5. More stable chemical bonds with
silicon atoms as the center are introduced, so that the
chemical stability of the material is improved, the capability of the material for resisting chemical reactions such as
thermal decomposition, oxidation and
hydrolysis which enable macromolecular long chains to break in high-temperature, high-
humidity and
ultraviolet environments is improved, and the anti-aging capability of the material is improved; due to the hydrophobicity of introduced chemical bonds, the water absorption of the material is reduced, and the water invasion and
diffusion speed is reduced; meanwhile, an introduced alicyclic structure and an introduced
benzene ring structure are relatively high in stability and relatively large in steric hindrance, so that relatively good mechanical properties can be kept at a high temperature while relatively strong
oxidation resistance is ensured; and due to the reserved hydroxyl, the wettability of the modified
epoxy resin is relatively good, and relatively good manufacturability can be realized.
