The invention can realize the psychoacoustic parameter calculation of objectively evaluating the sound quality with differentvehicle types, gears and speeds, wherein the calculated value has good pertinence and consistency with the evaluated result of the subjective evaluation method. The invention has stable evaluated result and high reliability, and can improve the sound quality and competitiveness of vehicles combined with the design of new CAE cars.

The use of a licensing attribute certificate to enforce access to a computing resource can allow products to be fielded which have their capability limited to a specific subset of functions. The enforcement data, the licensing data, and the data limiting the application to a specific subset of functions are cryptographically bound to the computing resource using a licensing attribute certificate according to the invention. Prior to allowing access to the computing resource by the computer application, a trusted computing base strongly authenticates that usage via the licensing attribute certificate.

The adsorption capacities on gasoline, paraffin oil, chloroform, and crude oil are 30.5-109.0 g/g, 33.2-131.2 g/g, 58.2-163.0 g/g, and 24.7-95.8 g/g. After 50 times of gasoline adsorption-extrusion circulation, the retention rate of adsorption capacity is 43 to 99%. The disclosed aerogel oil absorption material has the advantages of large oil absorption capacity and high oil absorption efficiency. Moreover, the oil absorption material can be repeatedly used by simply extruding the oil absorption material, while a high retention rate of adsorption capacity can be maintained. At the same time, the raw material sources are wide, the raw materials are cheap and easily available, the preparation is simple, the technology is matured, the method is environment-friendly, and the requirements of sustainable development can be met.

Selection and display of adaptive rate video streams in a video security system in which user devices such as mobile computing devices mix and display multiple streams concurrently from security cameras on the user devices. A client application running on the user devices determines available buffer resources on the user devices, and enables selection of one or more video streams from a grid displayed on a display of the user devices. In response to the determined resources, the client application obtains higher bit rate video streams for the selected video streams and lower bit rate video streams for the non-selected video streams. The client application then displays the higher bit rate streams in visually distinct focus panes that attract the attention of an operator and displays the lower bit rate streams in less visually distinct periphery panes. In a preferred embodiment, operators can select a stream from the periphery panes to display as higher bit rate stream in a focus pane.

According to the invention, the hardware cost is reduced, the complexity of recovering the pixel depth value is overcome, the positioning error of the robot is corrected, and the moving track of the moving robot in the room is estimated more accurately.
