The invention relates to the technical field of a
lithium ion battery, and provides a preparation method of a flexible thin film
lithium ion pole plate. The preparation method comprises the steps of S1, preparing a
carbon nanotube solution in advance, and simultaneously preparing a nanometer
fiber solution in an alkali solution; S2, placing an active substance into a
carbon nanotube solution, andmaking the active substance and the
carbon nanotube solution fully mixed to obtain a
mixed solution; S3, placing the nanometer
fiber solution into the
mixed solution, and making the nanometer
fiber solution and the
mixed solution fully mixed to obtain mixed paste; and S4, injecting the mixed paste into a die, and placing the mixed paste in coagulating bath for
processing to obtain the flexible thin film pole plate. The nanometer fiber is dissolved to a form of a molecule chain by employing a
sodium hydroxide /
urea system, and the flexible thin film pole plate with uniformly-distributed carbon
nanotube tubes and active substance is prepared by a regeneration method after coagulating bath; and an excellent transmission path can be provided for electrons / ions by a structure in which each constituent in the
electrode is continuously distributed, the
contact impedance among the constituents is reduced, so that the electrochemical activity and the flexibility of the
electrode are improved.
