The bacterial earthworm filter comprises a pool body, wherein a rotary water distributing device, an elastic filler layer, a biological ceramsite filter layer, a first spacer layer, an activated zeolite filter layer, a second spacer layer, a volcanic rock particle filter layer and a sedimentation tank are sequentially arranged in the pool body from top to bottom. The lower parts of the biological ceramsite filter, the activated zeolite filter layer and the volcanic rock particle filter layer are all provided with supporting frame base plates, the supporting frame base plates are all fixed to the inner wall of the pool body and are covered with stainless steel filter screens with 1-2 mm apertures. Eisenia fetida are inoculated in the filter layers according to the inoculation density of 12-30 g eisenia fetida per liter of filter materials. The invention further provides an application method of the bacterial earthworm filter. Synchronous treatment of domestic sewage and sludge is achieved under the combined effect of earthworms, microbes and the filter materials. The bacterial earthworm filter is simple in process, low in construction cost and operation cost, convenient to manage and free of secondary pollution.
