The invention relates to a method for continuously effectively circularly extracting taraxacum rubber and synanthrin from dandelion taraxacumkok-saghyz. Taraxacum rubber belongs to a nonpolar substance, synanthrin belongs to a polar substance, and taraxacum rubber and synanthrin are obtained by extraction based on the water-oil separation principle employed by the method of the invention. The final composting and field returning of the residue help to realize resource utilization maximization. The whole technological process is circulatory, the extraction solvents are utilized circularly, energy consumption and material consumption are substantially decreased, and there are basically no discharged ''three wastes (waste gas, waste water and industrial residue)''.
