The dielectric porcelain composition comprises barium titanate as the principal component, a first subcomponent (at least one member of the oxides of Mg, Ca, Ba, and Sr), a second subcomponent (an oxide containing 1 mol of Si atoms in 1 mol), a third subcomponent (at least one member of the oxides of V, Mo, and W), a fourth subcomponent containing at least one kind of R1oxide (wherein R1is at least one member selected from among Sc, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu), a fifth subcomponent containing at least one kind of R2oxide (wherein R2is at least one member selected from among Y, Dy, Ho, Tb, Gd, and Eu), a sixth subcomponent (at least one member selected from the oxides of Mn and Cr), and a seventh subcomponent (at least one member selected from calcium zirconate and a mixture of a Ca oxide and a Zr oxide). The ratio of the number of moles A of the second subcomponent of the composition 1, and the total number of moles B of the fourth subcomponent and the fifth subcomponent is no less than 0.7; the ratio of the number of moles C of the Si atoms in the second subcomponent of the composition 2, and the total number of moles D of the atoms except Si and oxygen in all the subcomponents.

Wet-mixed mortar additive and preparation method thereof

The invention provides an additive capable of improving the water-retention rate and the operation time of a wet-mixed masonry mortar, a plastering mortar or a floor mortar in the building field. The additive comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 1 to 1.5 percent of water-retaining agent, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of air entraining agent, 2 to 5 percent of water reducing agent, 2 to 4 percent of early strength agent, 1 to 5 percent of coagulant, and the balance of water through mixing and stirring; the component B is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 5 to 20 percent of sodium gluconate, 2 to 10 percent of saccharose, 1 to 6 percent of borax,and the balance of water through mixing and stirring; the water-retaining agent is methyl hydroxyethyl cellulose ether with the viscosity being 10000 to 20000mpas; the air entraining agent is one or two of sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate or fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate. The additive provided by the invention is reasonable in formula and convenient to use, can enable the wet-mixed mortar to have a better water-retaining property at high temperature when being added into the wet-mixed mortar, and has better storage stability. The invention also provides a preparation method of the additive.

The invention relates to a slurry-rich concrete additive and a preparation method thereof. The slurry-rich concrete additive is prepared by compounding the following components in percentage by mass: (60-100) per thousand of quick adsorption and dispersion water reducing agent, (150-250) per thousand of air entraining water reducing agent, (5-30) per thousand of water retaining agent, (0.5-2) per thousand of air entraining agent, and the balance of deionized water . The quick adsorption and dispersion water reducing agent is synthesized by copolymerizing allyl polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether, acrylic acid and sodium p-styrenesulfonate serving as raw materials. The air entraining water reducing agent is synthesized by taking a polyether macromonomer, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, methyl acrylate and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid as raw materials and adding an initiator and a chain transfer agent for copolymerization. The invention also provides a preparation method of the slurry-rich concrete additive. The volume of concrete slurry is increased, and the mortar can be applied to concrete which seriously affects construction due to the fact that the content of powder in sand is seriously insufficient.
