According to the technology, the slag added when the converted smelts the low-phosphorous clean steel is adjusted in time, thegun position and the oxygen supply amount of the oxygen gun are controlled, the final point steel tapping condition can meet the high-cleanness low-phosphorous steel converter final point control condition with C larger or equal to 0.12% and P smaller than or equal to 0.006%.
