The invention relates to an aggregate interface enhancer used for asphalt concrete and a preparation method thereof. The aggregate interface enhancer is prepared from, by weight, 10-50% of an elastomer, 30-50% of synthesized resin, 5-30% of fused oil, 0-0.5% of a color master batch, and 0.25-1.25% of an antioxidant. The preparation method includes the steps of: 1) successively adding the elastomer, the synthesized resin, the color master batch and the antioxidant into a stirring machine, stirring the materials, adding the fused oil, continuously stirring the materials uniformly, and allowing the mixture to stand for 24 h at normal temperature; 2) at 110-180 DEG C, uniformly mixing and melting the mixture through a spiral machine, performing extrusive shaping, and cooling and cutting the product to obtain a cylindrical granular product. Through the high-temperature melting, the aggregate interface enhancer is high in viscosity; when being mechanically stirred with heated aggregate, theenhancer is uniformly dispersed and has excellent combination property with the aggregate. The enhancer is suitable for rolling-type asphalt concrete and pouring-type asphalt concrete with enhanced aggregate interface, thereby improving durability of the asphalt concrete.
