The invention relates to a disc type motor of an integral cooling heat
radiation structure. The disc type motor is an
axial flux motor, and uses a double-
stator and single-rotor structure. The disc type motor comprises an
enclosure assembly, wherein a rotor
assembly is used for fixing a non-driving end
stator assembly and a driving end
stator assembly onto the
enclosure assembly; the rotor assembly is positioned between the non-driving end stator assembly and the driving end stator assembly; a
rotary transformer assembly is fixed on the non-driving end stator assembly; and an outlet box assembly is directly welded onto the
enclosure assembly. By using the measures that an iron core is prepared from ultra-thin
silicon steel sheets so as to reduce iron consumption, magnetic steel uses an
epoxy cladding material to block eddy currents so as to reduce the eddy-current loss, a stator winding uses a thin enameled wire to reduce high-frequency eddy-current
copper loss and the like, end cover water channels on two sides of the disc type motor, an inner
water jacket and an enclosure
water channel are combined and integrally designed, so that the heat
convection capacity of the
motor system is improved; the disc type motor has the advantages of high overload capacity, compact structure, high
power factor, great
power density, wide speed adjustable range and the like, and is suitable for serving as power of pure electric vehicles and
hybrid electric vehicles.
