The present invention discloses a non-successional wettability modifying based bionic anti-icing surface which is characterized in that the surface of a material are regularly coated with a plurality of dewatering coatings with different wettability with that of the material, so that the non-successional wettability distribution of the surface of the material can be obtained; in the present invention, a single wettability characteristic of the surface of the material is changed, so that the surface of the material has different dewatering performances and an active anti-icing performance, the adhesion amount of water on the surface of the material is reduced, the icing time is delayed, and the icing freezing intensity is recued; due to dewatering effects of the different dewatering layers, condensate water has different freezing icing time to form discontinuous and non-successional freezing interfaces among the dewatering layers, the freezing adhesion stability between ice and the materials is broken, and the adhesion strength of the ice on the material is reduced. In the present invention, the adhesion amount of the water on the surface of the material is reduced, the icing time is delayed, at the same time, the ability of inhibiting icing and reducing adhesion strength is achieved, and active ice preventing and removing effects are realized.

The invention discloses an anti-icing paint comprising, by weight, 35-50% of a powdery film-forming substance, 5-20% of inorganic nano-particles, 10-20% of a curing agent, 5-10% of titanium dioxide, 3-5% of a dispersing agent, and 3-5% of a de-foaming agent.
