The method comprises the following steps: 1) preprocessing raw materials: immersing fly ash in a NaOH solution, washing the immersed fly ash with water, and drying the washed fly ash; drying excess sludge, calcium oxide, sodium bicarbonate and portland cement; and drying all above raw materials, crushing the dried raw materials, and sieving the crushed raw materials; 2) mixing the raw materials: mixing the above preprocessed raw materials, by mass, 66-85% of fly ash, 3-8% of calcium oxide, 7-13% of excess sludge, 1-5% of sodium bicarbonate and 3-9% of portland cement; 3) granulating: dissolving water glass in water, pouring the obtained water glass solution to the mixed raw materials, and uniformly stirring to make a blank; 4) curing: covering the blank with a wet gauze, regularly watering the blank, putting the blank in a sterilization pot, and carrying out steam curing; and 5) ageing: putting the cured blank in dry environment to prepare the non-sintered ceramsite with an ammonia nitrogen adsorption function. The non-sintered ceramsite prepared in the invention has the advantages of low price, high economical efficiency, environmental protection, and suitableness for treatment of medium and low concentrations of ammonia nitrogen wastewater.

The liquid injection method of the lithium-ion power battery comprises the following steps of: step one, injecting a liquid for the first time, putting an electrical core into a packaging shell, and injecting an electrolyte E1 containing a high-temperature additive A1 to carry out formation, air exhaust and volume testing; and step two, injecting a liquid for the second time, injecting an electrolyte E2 containing a high-temperature additive A2 after the volume testing, and then testing the voltage, the internal resistance and the K value of the battery. Compared with the prior art, the liquid injection method of the lithium-ion power battery provided by the invention utilizes electrochemical characteristics of the high-temperature additives containing functional groups of olefin and a two-time liquid injection mode to adjust the content of the high-temperature additives of the two-time injection liquid. The liquid injection method of the lithium-ion power battery not only prevents a compact SEI film from forming at the time of the initial charging, but also retains higher concentration additives in the normal use process of the electrical core. The production process provided by the invention adds the stepof insulated speedy brewing; compared with a later open-air drying step which lasts for 9 to 10 months in traditional methods, the insulated speedy brewing step which lasts for 1 month and the open-air drying step which lasts for 3 months in the invention enables the whole process to be decreased by 6 months, and therefore, occupation of the fermenting tank and capital is reduced while product quality is guaranteed.

The invention provides a synthetic method of a water medium dispersed cerium zirconium oxide nano material. The synthetic method comprises the following steps: (1) performing a precipitation reaction by using an inorganic salt aqueous solutios of Ce and Zr and an inorganic base aqueous solution of Ce and Zr to prepare a Ce-Zr mixed hydroxide precipitate; (2) heating and refluxing the Ce-Zr mixed hydroxide precipitate to prepare a Ce-Zr hydroxide cosolubilization body; (3) filtering and washing the Ce-Zr hydroxide cosolubilization body to prepare a Ce-Zr hydroxide hydrogel; (4) mixing the Ce-Zr hydroxide hydrogel with organic alcohol, organic acid and high polymer to prepare a Ce-Zr oxide synthetic sizing material; and (5) heating and further performing hydro-thermal synthesis on the Ce-Zr oxide synthetic sizing material to obtain the water medium dispersed cerium zirconium oxide nano material. The cerium zirconium oxide nano particles obtained by the method provided by the invention are single crystals, have a nano scale of 2-8nm, and are monodispersed in a water medium; and the mass of cerium zirconium oxide accounts for 5-10% of the sol body volume of the nano material.

Cement clinker and preparation thereof

The invention pertains to a cement clinker and the technical field of cement clinker preparation, in particular to a cement clinker using waste gravels and concretes as main materials and a preparation method thereof. The composed raw materials according to weight percent content are: 37.0 to 77.0 percent of waste gravels and concretes, 21.0 to 52.0 percent of limestone, 0.5 to 8.5 percent of sandstone and 1.0 to 4.5 percent of pyrite cinder. In preparation, the waste gravels and concretes are dried, crushed and sieved for obtaining granules with the diameter of 5 to 20mm; the obtained granules are mixed with the limestone, the sandstone and the pyrite cinder and prepared into the cement clinker by the traditional technique. The cement prepared by the cement clinker of the invention has intensity grade up to grade 52.5 and can be used as a gelatinuous material for preparing concretes. The percentage of the waste gravels and concretes in the raw materials of the cement clinker can reach 80 percent, thus ensuring high utilization rate and finding a good utilization approach for resource utilization of the waste concretes.

In a refining process route, the fermentation liquor is subjected to the ultrafiltration, ion exchange, the nanofiltration preconcentration to remove a large number of macromolecular impurities and soluble protein, and the preconcentrated liquor subjected to the nanofiltration preconcentration is adsorbed to remove impurities such as residual sugar, the soluble protein, pigments and the like further, so the quality of feed liquor before crystallization is optimized, the purity and yield of products are improved, and the discharge capacity of mother liquor is reduced.

The method comprises the following steps of obtaining the pre-concentrated iron ore concentrate from the fly ash produced in a thermal power plant through dry type pre-concentration; according to the characteristics of the pre-concentrated iron ore concentrate being high in fine fraction iron grade, high in iron distribution ratio and low in silicon content, classifying the pre-concentrated iron ore concentrate made from the fly ash into a coarse fraction and a fine fraction utilizing a high-fineness classifying cyclone or an electromagnetic vibrating undersize sieve, wherein the classification granularity is 200-400 meshes; rejecting coarse-fraction pre-concentrated iron ore concentrate with low iron grade and high silicon content; performing flux weakening concentration on the fine-fraction pre-concentrated iron ore concentrate through a two-stage magnetic separation technology, wherein the magnetic field intensity of the first-stage magnetic separation is 150-180mT, and the magnetic field intensity of the second-stage magnetic separation is 100-120mT; and finally obtaining the qualified iron ore concentrate of which the iron grade is 55% or below and the SiO2 content is lower than 8%, filtering the iron ore concentrate after the magnetic separation, and conveying the filtered iron ore concentrated into a concentrate warehouse.
