The invention relates to improved methods and systems for computationally efficient optimization of radiation dose delivery. The optimization involves determining an improved form of objective function to be used for mapping radiotherapy beams to a patient body volume having at least one target volume and at least one non-target volume. The objective function has a first term related to the at least one target volume and a second term related to the at least one non-target volume. The optimization further involves determining a minimum of the objective function, whereby beams mapped so as to pass through the at least one non-target volume are limited such that the second term is zero only if the weights of beamlets passing through the at least one non-target volume are zero. This limit helps to avoid the occurrence of negative beam weights, thereby facilitating computationally efficient determination of the minimum of the objective function using matrix inversion. Following the optimization, radiotherapy is delivered based on the determined minimum of the objective function.

The invention relates to methods and systems for computationally efficient optimization of radiation dose delivery that involve determining an objective function to be used for mapping radiotherapy beams to a patient body volume having at least one target volume and at least one non-target volume. The second term is zero only if the weights of beamlets mapped so as to pass through the non-target volume(s) are zero. An optimal set of weights of beamlets is determined using the objective function. Radiotherapy is delivered based on the determined optimal set of weights.

According to the monocular vision box body volume measuring method based on multi-line structural light image recognition, the multi-line structural light (the well shape, the cross shape and the parallel line shape) is casted on the measured boxbody plane, intersection points of the line structural light and the edges of the boxed are detected through imaging processing, the points are converted from the two-dimensional coordinates to three-dimensional spatial coordinates according to a structural light triangulation measuring theory to calculate the lengths, the widths and the heights of the inerratic box bodies, and the volumes are further calculated. The cerium zirconium oxide nano particles obtained by the method provided by the invention are single crystals, have a nano scale of 2-8nm, and are monodispersed in a water medium; and the mass of cerium zirconium oxide accounts for 5-10% of the sol body volume of the nano material.
