Disclosed herein are free flowing coated particles and low temperature methods of making same. Each particle has a curable coating disposed upon a substrate. The substrate is a particulate substrate including an inorganic material, a particulate substrate including an organic material, a composite substantially homogeneous formed particle including a first portion of an at least partly cured binder and filler particles, or a hybrid particle having an inorganic particle as a core and a composite coating including at least partially cured resin and filler. The curable coating includes a continuous phase including a curable liquid resin and reactive powder particles embedded or adhered to the continuous phase. The reactive powder particles typically include one or more of a resole phenolic-formaldehyde resin, a novolak phenolic-formaldehyde resin, a polyester resin, an acrylic polymer resin, a urethane resin or an epoxy resin. A method including applying a coating including the continuous phase including the curable resin and reactive or non-reactive powder particles embedded or adhered to the continuous phase.

The invention discloses an LC-QToF-MS screening and analyzing method for pesticide residues in animal food. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) extraction: homogenizing an animal food sample, mixing the animal food sample with an extraction solvent to obtain extract via vibration extraction, and carrying out dehydration and centrifugation on the extract to obtain liquid supernatant; (2) purification: mixing the liquid supernatant with a purification agent to carrying out purification, collecting the liquid supernatant, and carrying out thinning and filtration in sequence to obtainto-be-tested sample solution a; and (3) gas chromatgraphy-mass spectrometry detection: for the to-be-tested sample solution a, separating pesticide residue by adoption of a reversed phase liquid chromatography method, screening and analyzing the pesticide residue by adoption of LC-QToF-MS with an ESI ion source, and carrying out quantification by adoption of an external standard method so as to obtain a pesticide residue content in the animal food. The method is simple to operate, high in sensitivity and good in reproducibility and can be widely applied to screening and analysis of multiple pesticides in animal food.

A panel face drilling system using a plunge router wherein an attached guide assembly in conjunction with a guide rail registered to a dual position work holding fixture provides tool guiding means to repeatably drill hole patterns within an array of perpendicular columns and rows. The column and row positions are fixed in relation to the work holding fixture. Nonstandard hole positions are obtainable through use of spacers. The work holding fixture is configured to allow loading of two work pieces at a time each to be aligned against a fence, positioned against a stop, constrained by a resilient clamping means, ready for drilling. By referencing the hole position number sets marked on the tool guiding means one can quickly drill required holes in one panel and then drill a mirror image of that hole pattern in a second panel.
