CVD nanoporous silica low dielectric constant films

A method and apparatus for depositing nano-porous low dielectric constant films by reaction of a silicon hydride containing compound or mixture optionally having thermally labile organic groups with a peroxide compound on the surface of a substrate. The deposited silicon oxide based film is annealed to form dispersed microscopic voids that remain in a nano-porous silicon oxide based film having a foam structure. The nano-porous silicon oxide based films are useful for filling gaps between metal lines with or without liner or cap layers. The nano-porous silicon oxide based films may also be used as an intermetal dielectric layer for fabricating dual damascene structures. Preferred nano-porous silicon oxide based films are produced by reaction of 1,3,5-trisilanacyclohexane, bis(formyloxysilano)methane, or bis(glyoxylylsilano)methane and hydrogen peroxide followed by a cure / anneal that includes a gradual increase in temperature.

Power output apparatus, motor vehicle equipped with power output apparatus, and control method of power output apparatus

In the vehicle of the invention, when the temperature of an inverter 42 for driving a motor MG2 linked to front wheels 62a and 62b reaches or exceeds a preset restriction start temperature, the drive control of the invention controls the inverters 42 and 43 to gradually decrease the output torque of the motor MG2 simultaneously with a gradual increase in output torque of a motor MG3, which is linked to rear wheels 64a and 64b. Such torque control ensures output of a torque demand required for the vehicle. When the temperature of the inverter 42 reaches or exceeds a preset frequency switchover temperature, which is higher than the restriction start temperature, the drive control of the invention controls the inverters 42 and 43 to lower a switching frequency of transistors T1 to T6 in the inverter 42 and to ensure output of the torque demand. Such drive control effectively relieves the load of the inverter 42, while decreasing the frequency of lowering the switching frequency of the inverter 42. This arrangement thus desirably attains both prevention of overheat of the inverter 42 and reduces the switching noise.

Intelligent rewinding machine

InactiveCN102107800AOvercome the non-parallelismClamp firmlyFilament handlingYarnConstant linear velocity
The invention discloses an intelligent rewinding machine with constant linear velocity, constant tension and fixed wire length, comprising a linear velocity sensor, a tension automatic controller and a single spindle transmission control device, wherein a transmission cone table is directly fixed on an output shaft of a motor; a movable cone table is movably connected with a handle via a pin; the linear velocity sensor has the functions of detecting broken lines, linear velocity and length counting. When a tension detecting hook on the tension automatic controller detects that the tension of yarns is oversize, a swinging arm is controlled to rotate an angle so as to reduce the yarn bending degree of the flowing yarns and reduce the winding tension of the yarns, and vice versa. A computer controller on the single spindle transmission control device receives signals sent by the linear velocity sensor and controls the rotation speed and the broken lines of the motor to warn. As the gradual increasing winding diameter of the tube, the rotation speed of the tube is controlled to gradually slow, so that the winding linear velocity is constant; when the length of the yarns reaches the set value or the broken line signal is received, the power supply of the motor is cut off and the warning light twinkles.

Mechanical CPR device with variable resuscitation protocol

Methods to control the delivery of CPR to a patient through a mechanical CPR device are described. The method generally allows for a gradual increase in the frequency of CPR cycles. The gradual increase can be regulated by protocols programmed within the CPR device such as intermittently starting and stopping the delivery of CPR, accelerating the delivery of CPR, stepping up the CPR frequency, increasing the force of CPR, and adjusting the ratio of compression and decompression in a CPR cycle. Combinations of each of these forms may also be used to control the delivery of CPR. This manner of gradually accelerating artificial blood flow during the first minutes of mechanical CPR delivery can serve to lessen the potential for ischemia / reperfusion injury in the patient who receives mechanical CPR treatment.

Control system for controlling propeller aircraft engine during takeoff

A control system and method of controlling a propeller aircraft engine during takeoff limits the amount of engine power developed at the very beginning of the takeoff in order to maximize thrust and minimize rollout distances. The control system limits the amount of power developed by the engine, even in the face of a nominal demand by the pilot for maximum engine power. Instead, the control system provides something significantly less than full power at the beginning of takeoff and gradually increases the power developed by the engine to full power as the airspeed increases. This gradual increase from partial engine power toward full power helps prevent stalling of the propeller, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of the propeller and engine in assisting the aircraft to takeoff quickly. The control system is particularly helpful for taking off from high-altitude runways.
