The invention discloses a
glass fiber-reinforced PE (
Poly Ethylene) compound material, which consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 70-85 percent of PE resin, 1-10 percent of a lubricating agent and 10-25 percent of
glass fiber. The
glass fiber-reinforced PE compound material has the beneficial effects: 1, the high-
temperature resistance is superior, and the temperature of water conveyed by using a pipeline can be up to 120 DEG C under the normal
working pressure; 2, the refrigerating resistance is high, better refrigerating resistance than a PE
pipe is achieved when the glass
fiber-reinforced PE compound material is used in a refrigerating state, the low-
temperature resistance is ultrahigh, and the glass
fiber-reinforced PE compound material can be used normally at the temperature of 40 DEG C below zero; 3, the
impact resistance is higher, the weight is lighter (the
specific gravity is only one eighth that of a
metal), the strength is enhanced, the pipeline is prevented from dropping downwards, the passwords and quantity of fixed supporting points are reduced, and the comprehensive cost of
engineering is lowered; and 4, the expansion coefficient is low, is only 20 percent that of an ordinary PP-R (

pipe and is approximate to that of a
metal, and the problem that a plastic pipeline is bent and extends and contracts when meeting hot water is solved completely.
