System and Method for Creating Anonymous User Profiles from a Mobile Data Network

A mobile network device creates and continuously modifies an anonymous user profile from collected network data and subsequently shares the profile with content providers. The mobile network device includes multiple collector devices that monitor data from routers on the mobile data network for application-level activity and a corresponding IP address or mobile phone number. The collectors then analyze the content involved with the activity and correlate it to an IP-address-phone-number pair to create a user profile. Each collector then modifies the user profile with the user's location information at the time the activity was requested. Each collector subsequently transforms the user profile into an anonymous user profile vector and shares it with the profile manager. By repeating this process over time, the collectors create and modify an anonymous user profile vector that can be shared with content providers for targeted advertising.

Inflatable heliostatic solar power collector

Increased utilization of solar power is highly desirable as solar power is a readily available renewable resource with power potential far exceeding total global needs; and as solar power does not contribute to pollutants associated with fossil fuel power, such as unburned hydrocarbons, NOx and carbon dioxide. The present invention provides low-cost inflatable heliostatic solar power collectors, which can be stand-alone units suitable for flexible utilization in small, medium, or utility scale applications. The inflatable heliostatic power collectors use a reflective surface or membrane “sandwiched” between two inflated chambers, and attached solar power receivers which may be of photovoltaic and / or solar thermal types. Modest concentration ratios enable benefits in both reduced cost and increased conversion efficiency, relative to simple prior-art flat plate solar collectors.

Reduced-emissions combustion utilizing multiple-component metallic combustion catalyst

Residual fuels, as well as lighter distillate fuels, are combusted with greater efficiency by utilizing low concentrations of specific bimetallic or trimetallic fuel-borne catalysts. The catalysts reduce fouling of heat transfer surfaces by unburned carbon while limiting the amount of secondary additive ash which may itself cause overloading of particulate collector devices or emissions of toxic ultra fine particles when used in forms and quantities typically employed. By utilizing a fuel containing a fuel-soluble catalyst comprised of platinum and at least one additional metal comprising cerium and / or iron, production of pollutants of the type generated by incomplete combustion is reduced. Ultra low levels of nontoxic metal combustion catalysts are able to be employed for improved heat recovery and lower emissions of regulated pollutants.
