Engine cooling system and cooling method

The invention discloses an engine cooling system and a cooling method. The cooling system comprises a water pump, a double-valve temperature regulator, a machine oil cooler, a water jacket of a cylinder body, a water jacket of a cylinder cover, a water tank radiator and an EGR cooler. The cooling system adopts a water passage circulation as follows: when the engine is started, the water pump begins to work; cooling liquid firstly flows into the machine oil cooler and enters in the water jacket of the cylinder cover to cool the key area of the cylinder cover, and then enters in the water jacket of the cylinder body from a gasket circulating hole of the cylinder cover to cool the cylinder body and the EGR cooler. The cooling liquid in the cooling system firstly cools the cylinder cover to reduce the temperature of the cylinder cover by 10 DEG C to 15 DEG C, enhance aeration efficiency, enlarge air inlet quantity, promote complete combustion, reduce the formation of discharge objects andenhance output efficiency; After cooling the cylinder cover, the cooling liquid enters in the cylinder body for cooling the cylinder body; the higher temperature of the cylinder body can reduce friction, improve fuel efficiency, enhance the output efficiency and reduce peak value pressure and temperature in the cylinder.

Fuel injection method for dual-fuel engine

The invention provides a fuel injection method for a dual-fuel engine, and belongs to the technical field of combustion of engines. According to the working conditions of the engine, all ignited fuel is injected through an air inlet side cylinder or directly injected through a cylinder cover; or part of the ignited fuel is injected from the air inlet side, and the other part of the ignited fuel is directly injected through the cylinder cover; or the ignited fuel is not injected. The ignited fuel injected from the air inlet side and air form thin premixed gas. The ignited fuel directly injected through the cylinder cover is injected after an exhaust valve is closed and before the fuel is compressed to the upper dead center, or is injected while the fuel is ignited, or is injected at the early stage of the expansion stroke. The ignited fuel and the premixed gas of the ignited fuel in an ignition cylinder are injected near the compression upper dead center. By controlling the ratio of the fuel injected from the air inlet side to the fuel directly injected through the cylinder cover and the injection phase, one of a premixing combustion mode, a premixing / diffusion mixing combustion, and a diffusion combustion mode is adopted by the engine according to different working conditions, and thus on the premise of guaranteeing the power performance, efficient and clean combustion under full working conditions is achieved.
