The invention discloses a

voltage is within the range of 0.1-3 V and the testing current is 100 mA.g<-1>, the first charge specific capacity reaches 1241 mAh.g<-1>, the first
discharge specific capacity reaches 672 mAh.g<-1>, the capacity
retention ratio after 100 cycles of circulating is greater than or equal to 95%, the preparation technique is simple in process, thereaction temperature is low, the cycle is short, and the cost is low.
