The invention discloses a
microwave-assisted
coal extraction method through
ethanol, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, crushing of a
coal sample; secondly, mineral removal treatment of the
coal sample; thirdly,
microwave-assisted extraction, namely weighing the coal sample to be treated, a catalyst and a
solvent, adopting a
microwave digestion / extraction instrument for microwave-assisted extraction, and taking out an extraction tank which is filled with a
solid and liquid mixture; fourthly,
centrifugal separation, namely using a low-speed
centrifuge to centrifugally separate the
solid and liquid mixture, and separating an extract solution consisting of an extract and the
solvent from coal residue; and fifthly, subsequent treatment, namely adopting a
rotary evaporator to separate the extract solution, separating the extract from the
solvent, performing
vacuum drying on the extract, storing the extract for standby, and using water to wash the coal residue to be clean, and storing the coal residue for standby. The invention has the advantages of simple compositions of the
production line, simple and convenient extraction method, short extraction time, low
energy consumption, non
pollution, good extraction effect, and capability of improving the extraction rate of coal extraction through the
ethanol from the conventional 10 percent to 30-40 percent.
