The invention discloses a fully-cooked puffed slowly-settling mixed feed for Micropterus salmoides. The mixed feed is prepared from, by weight, 20.0 to 50.0 parts of Peru fish meal, 10.0 to 25.0 parts of soybean meal, 5.0 to 15.0 parts of fermented soybean meal, 2.0 to 8.0 parts of rapeseed meal, 2.0 to 10.0 parts of cottonseed meal, 2 to 10.0 parts of peanut meal, 1.0 to 5.0 parts of DDGS, 8.0 to 15.0 parts of high gluten flour, 1.0 to 4.0 parts of brewer's yeast, 1.0 to 3.0 parts of soya lecithin, 1.0 to 3.0 parts of soybean oil, 1.0 to 3.0 parts of fish oil, 0.1 to 0.5 part of choline chloride, 1.0 to 3.0 parts of squid paste, 1.0 to 2.0 parts of calcium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.5 to 2.0 parts of zeolite powder, 0.1 to 0.3 part of a mildew inhibitor, 0 to 0.3 part of lysine, 0 to 0.1 part of methionine, 0.04 to 0.1 part of bile acid, 0.05 to 0.2 part of VC phosphate, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a vitamin premix and 1.0 to 2.0 parts of a trace element premix. Through optimization of a formula for the mixed feed, and the feed is greatly lowered in cost, comprehensive in nutrients, good in feeding attraction and palatability and low in bait coefficient and can promote growth of Micropterus salmoides; thus, the growing ability of Micropterus salmoides is promoted, culturing cost is reduced, and economic benefits are increased.
