Problems solved by technology

Because EGCG has strong oxidation resistance, it is very easy to undergo oxidation, polymerization, condensation and other reactions under conditions such as humidity, sunlight, and high temperature, and its bioavailability is not high in an unprotected state. Problem, it is necessary to embed EGCG and prepare EGCG liposomes to improve its bioavailability and solve the problems of its low bioavailability and poor oil solubility

Abstract

The invention discloses a lipidosome encapsulating epigallocatechin gallate and a preparation method process. The lipidosome consists of the following components: soya bean lecithin, cholesterol, epigallocatechin gallate, buffer liquor and tween-80. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process and the EGCG lipidosome is prepared by a reverse evaporation method, and ultrasonic treatment is carried out on the lipidosome by a water bath ultrasonic instrument till the system is stable. The method can remarkably improve the stability of the EGCG lipidosome, and the grain size of the lipidosome can be effectively controlled and the encapsulation efficiency can be effectively improved by adjusting the ratio of the lipid components and the buffer liquor through the technical steps such as magnetic stirring, ultrasonic treatment and rotary evaporation. The EGCG lipidosome disclosed by the invention develops the application range of lipidosome, and the lipidosome is used as a carrier to encapsulate EGCG, so that the lipidosome is simple in preparation process, lower in demand on equipment, convenient to popularize and apply and can be industrially produced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, and in particular relates to a liposome encapsulating epigallocatechin gallate and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Liposome is an artificial membrane. The hydrophilic head of phospholipid molecule is inserted into the water, and the hydrophobic tail of liposome extends to the air. After stirring, a spherical liposome with bilayer lipid molecules is formed, with a diameter of 25-1000nm. Liposomes can be used for genetically modified or prepared drugs, using the characteristics of liposomes that can fuse with cell membranes to deliver drugs into cells. [0003] Epigallocatechin gallate (hereinafter referred to as EGCG) is the most effective antioxidant polyphenol in green tea, which has anti-oxidation, anti-cancer, anti-mutation and other activities. The antioxidant activity is at least 100 times that of vitamin C and 25 times that of vitamin E. It can protect cells and DNA...
