solid solution strengthening and grain refinement at a specific temperature, Zn and Mg
precipitation strengthening and Yb-B-Ti-
combined use grain refinement, the synergism effects of
solid solution strengthening,
precipitation strengthening and grain refinement are obtained. A pipe blank is casted and the
ingot casting is subjected to homogenization,
extrusion and
solid solution, a pipe blank homogenization temperature is in a range of 480-505 DEG C, and a pipe blank
extrusion temperature is in a range of 400-450 DEG C. The manufacturing method is free of heat treatment processes such as solid-solution
quenching and long-term aging, can carry out direct
natural aging treatment on the quenched pipe subjected to pre-deformation and can simplify production processes and reduce environmental
pollution.
