The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) performing carboxyl functionalization to multi-wall carbon nano-tubes and performing in-situ synthesis with zirconium chloride and 2-aminoterephthalatic acid to prepare an MWCNTs@UiO-66-NH2 composite material; 2) dispersing the MWCNTs@UiO-66-NH2 composite material in N,N-dimethylformamide to prepare a suspension liquid, drop-coating a surface of a glass carbon electrode with the suspension liquid until the surface of the glass carbon electrode is completely covered thereby, and drying the glass carbon electrode in a drying device at room temperature to prepare the MWCNTs@UiO-66-NH2 composite material electrochemical sensor. The electrochemical sensor can achieve ultrasensitive detection on a sample. By an analysis method in the invention, an accurate analytic result can be acquired.

Bismuth vanadate composite materials loaded with magnetic nanoparticles and preparation and application thereof

The invention provides preparation of BiVO4 composite materials NiS / BiVO4 and CoS / BiVO4 loaded with magnetic nanoparticles NiS and CoS. The preparation comprises the steps: with BiVO4 as a material, firstly, depositing on FTO conductive glass by an electrochemical deposition method to prepare a precursor thin film; then calcining to synthesize a BiVO4 thin film; and next, through combination of chemical deposition, heating treatment and electrophoretic deposition techniques, successfully loading a structure of the BiVO4 thin film with magnetic NiS and CoS nanoparticles, and constructing n-n heterojunction by a dropping coating method, to form NiS / BiVO4 and CoS / BiVO4 composite materials having a baseball structure. The structure effectively inhibits the recombination of photogenerated carriers and accelerates the separation of electrons and holes. Therefore, the composite materials have excellent PEC activity; as a photoanode for hydrogen evolution reaction, the composite materials exhibit excellent performance of electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen.

According to the method, a three-electrode or two-electrode system is adopted to complete an electrochemical treatment process, wherein the electrochemical treatment can be (1) cyclic voltammetry or a (2) direct-voltage method. Compared with conventional modification methods such as (oxidized) graphene drop-coating and in-situ vapor deposition, the method has the advantages of high speed, simplicity, low cost, green synthesis, high controllability, high reproducibility and high stability.

The semiconductor nano-crystals are dispersed in a solvent to form a semiconductor nano-crystal solution, the surface of a work electrode (6) is coated with the semiconductor nano-crystal solution in a drop manner to form a film, the electrochemical performances of the semiconductor nano-crystals are tested under the protection of an inert gas by means of the three-electrode system of an electrochemical work station, and the potential in the initial position of an oxidation reduction reaction of the nano-crystals is extracted, so the LUMO value, the HOMO value and the forbidden bandwidth value of the semiconductor nano-crystals are obtained through calculating in order to realize the accurate determination of the energy band structure of the semiconductor nano-crystals, and the test result obtained in the invention is smaller than the result obtained through using absorption spectrometry. The drop coating manner in the method provided by the invention makes the semiconductor nano-crystals to form the film on the surface of the work electrode, so the experimental material adoption amount is reduced; and the protection of the inert gas avoids the instability of the semiconductor nano-crystals, so the determination of the energy band structures of various semiconductor nano-crystals can be realized.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: coating a high-polymer matrix with a graphene oxide solution through drop coating or spin coating, and performing heating and drying to obtain a conductive layer; coating the conductive layer with an elastic high-polymer solution through drop coating, and performing high-temperature vacuum solidification to form a flexible graphene oxide high-polymer film; and stripping the graphene oxide high-polymer film from the matrix, putting the graphene oxide high-polymer film in a closed container, adding a hydrazine hydrate solution or a hydrazine hydrate-ammonia water mixed solution around the graphene oxide high-polymer film, and performing steam reduction through heating to obtain the reduced graphene oxide high-polymer composite film. The steam reduced graphene oxide conductive high-polymer composite film is favorable in electric conductivity; the preparation method is simple; on the basis of high polymers, the obtained composite material is also conductive and has a special sensing function; and the strain resistance curve of the composite material is changed obviously. The electric conductivity and the sensing property greatly improve the application of the composite film in the aspect of intelligent materials.

Bi-directional light conversion agent GdBO3:Yb<3+>/Tb<3+>-assisted photo-anode and preparation method and application thereof

The invention belongs to a bi-directional light conversion agent GdBO3:Yb<3+> / Tb<3+>-assisted photo-anode and a preparation method and application thereof. A GdBO3:Yb<3+> / Tb<3+>@TiO2 photo-anode is prepared by adopting a sol-gel drop coating technology, and then CdSe0.4S0.6 quantum dots are deposited on the surface of the photo-anode by using a continuous ion layer adsorption and reaction technology at a room temperature. A photochemical test shows that the open-circuit voltage, the short-circuit current and the power conversion efficiency of a CdSe0.4S0.6 quantum dot-sensitized solar cell allare effectively improved after the bi-directional up-and-down light conversion agent GdBO3:Yb<3+> / Tb<3+> is added.

When the anode material is prepared, the preparation includes threesteps of preparing a TiO2 nanorod precursor solution, preparing the TiO2 nanorod grown on the FTO conductive glass by a hydrothermal method and obtaining the Co3O4 / TiO2 composite photoelectric anodematerial by a drop coating method. The invention provides the novel preparation method of the Co3O4 / TiO2 composite photoelectric anode material for hydrogen peroxide preparation by photoelectrocatalysis, and the selectivity and activity that the material is oxidized from water into hydrogen peroxide can be effectively improved through co-catalysis of the Co3O4 nanoparticles.
