copper nitrate and hexamine in deionized water, stirring for 10 minutes, then adding NaF and continually stirring for 15 minutes; pouring a
mixed solution into a
polytetrafluoroethylene lining, and placing the
polytetrafluoroethylene lining into a stainless steel high-pressure reaction kettle for sealing; preserving heat at the temperature of 90 to 115 DEG C for reacting for 2 to 18 hours; centrifugally cleaning a
reaction product with deionized water after natural cooling, and
drying to obtain a light-green powdery sample. The prepared
nanosheet is prepared fromCuOHF with a monoclinic
crystal structure, and the
nanosheet is about 200 to 400nm in side length and about 20 to 30nm in thickness. The hydroxy
copper fluoride nanosheet is prepared from nontoxic and cheap raw materials, and the method is simple, high in
repeatability and low in cost; the prepared product has a potential application prospect on the aspects of short-
wavelength light-emitting devices,
ultraviolet detection, high-temperature and high-power electronic devices and the like.
