The invention relates to brazing flux used for brazing, in particular to novel brazing flux used for stainless steel and aluminum brazing. The composition of the brazing flux comprises potassium fluoroaluminate+potassium hexafluoroaluminate (KA1F4+K3A1F6) eutecticum, zinc fluoride (ZnF2), copper fluoride (CuF2), and stannic fluoride (SnF4). The novel brazing flux is free of corrosion, and ingredient preparation is simple and convenient, so that production cost is low. Under high temperature, the madefaction and the spreadability of the brazing flux are favorable to the madefaction and the spreadability of brazing filler metal. Welded products are thin in welding joint, high in strength, free of cold solder joints, free of brazing filler metal stacking, and small in residue of brazing flux after welding. Moreover, the residue is easy to clean up. The novel brazing flux used for stainless steel and aluminum brazing is low in cost, simple in preparation, and high in practical value.

The invention discloses a copper fluoride (I) reagent as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The copper fluoride (I) reagent is prepared through the following steps: stirring cuprous chloride and sodium tert-butoxide in a tetrahydrofuran solvent at room temperature to react, and adding a nitrogen ligand and triethylamine trihydrofluoride so as to obtain the copper fluoride (I) reagent which is stable in air. The invention relates to a preparation method for a copper fluoride / molybdenum trioxide / graphene composite material and a method for preparing an electrode from the copper fluoride / molybdenum trioxide / graphene composite material. Graphene and a CuF2 / MoO3 composite material are put into an agate ball milling tank, and ball milling beads are put into the tank; the ball milling tank is put in a closed stainless steel outer lining ball milling tank; a die is filled with inert protective gas; ball milling is performed on a planet ball mill to obtain copper fluoride / molybdenum trioxide / graphene composite material powder; the composite material powder is mixed with acetylene black and polyvinylidene fluoride at a mass ratio of 8:1:1; NMP is added in a dropwise manner to enable the mixture to be formed into uniform paste, and a stainless steel thin film is uniformly coated with the uniform paste; a stainless steel sheet is dried at a temperature of 60-80 DEG C in a vacuum environment for 20-24h; and then the stainless steel sheet is cut into a battery-like shape. According to the preparation method, a special reaction instrument is not required, so that the preparation cost is low; compared with a battery prepared from the fluoride / molybdenum trioxide composite material without graphene, the rate capacity and capacity of the battery prepared from the copper fluoride / molybdenum trioxide / graphene composite material are greatly improved.

The invention encompasses a semiconductor processing method of cleaning a surface of a copper-containing material by exposing the surface to an acidic mixture comprising Cl.sup.+, NO.sub.3.sup.+ and F.sup.+. The invention also includes a semiconductor processing method of forming an opening to a copper-containing substrate. Initially, a mass is formed over the copper-containing substrate. The mass comprises at least one of a silicon nitride and a silicon oxide. An opening is etched through the mass and to the copper-containing substrate. A surface of the copper-containing substrate defines a base of the opening, and is referred to as a base surface. The base surface of the copper-containing substrate is at least partially covered by at least one of a copper oxide, a silicon oxide or a copper fluoride. The base surface is cleaned with a cleaning solution comprising hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid to remove at least some of the at least one of a copper oxide, a silicon oxide or a copper fluoride from over the base surface.
