yarn production process. The process includes steps: gray
yarn production, to be specific, taking
elastic fiber filaments as core filaments, externally wrapping with
moisture-absorbing short fibers, jointly twisting to make gray yarns by
spinning, and performing winding for the first time; gluing, to be specific, unwinding the gray yarns for the first time,
coating surfaces of the gray yarns with elastic glue in unwinding for the first time, and after the elastic glue is dry and forms protective
layers, winding for the second time; needling, to be specific, unwinding the gray yarns for the second time, and after the surfaces of the protective
layers is pierced by a needling wheel, winding for the third time to obtain a finished product. The
moisture-absorbing breathable elastic
yarn production process has advantages that the surfaces of the gray yarns are coated with organic
silicon high-elastic
coating glue to serve as flexible protective
layers to keep elasticity of the gray yarns, washing resistance and oil
dirt resistance of the yarns are improved, and by the needling wheel for forming fine pores in the protectivelayers, stability of the protective layers is undamaged, and excellent moisture absorbing effects and breathability are achieved.
