Through the process, the removal rate of the boron impurities is 80%, and the energy consumption is reduced by 60-80%. Compared with the former boron removal process, the flow is greatly simplified, and the energy consumption and equipment expenses are remarkably reduced. Based on effective removal of boron, the key components are separated, the separated components enter corresponding units of polycrystalline silicon production respectively, and the production cost is reduced.

Disclosed is a method for preparing magnesium and ferro-silicon using ferro-nickel slag which is a by-product of a process for manufacturing ferro-nickel. The present invention provides a method for preparing magnesium from ferro-nickel slag, comprising the steps of: mixing a first material comprising ferro-nickel slang, ferro-silicon slag, ferro-silicon and a magnesium reduction catalyst; evaporating the mixed first material in a vacuum atmosphere of a thermal reduction furnace; and recovering magnesium evaporated in the thermal reduction furnace. In addition, provided is a method for preparing ferro-silicon from magnesium slag which is a by-product of a magnesium preparation for manufacturing a magnesium reducing agent, and preparing magnesium using ferro-silicon slag which is a by-product of a ferro-silicon preparation. According to the present invention, it is possible to resolve environmental problems by reducing energy costs and decreasing carbon monoxide discharge and recycle a resource discarded as a by-product of a process for preparing magnesium and ferro-silicon.

The invention relates to a combined hydrotreating method. According to the method, a wax oil raw material enters a first hydrogenation reaction zone with an up-flow manner, such that a hydrotreating reaction is carried out; a reaction effluent from the first hydrogenation reaction zone enters a thermal high pressure separator; liquid-phase material flow from the bottom of the thermal high pressure separator is further separated by a thermal low pressure separator, such that dissolved gas is separated, and the material is directly used as a feed for a catalytic cracking device; hydrogen-rich gas and hydrocarbon fraction separated from the top of the thermal high pressure separator are mixed with a fresh diesel raw material; the mixture is subjected to a hydrogenation modification reaction in a second hydrogenation reaction zone; a reaction effluent from the second hydrogenation reaction zone is separated, such that a hydrogen-rich gas is obtained; and the hydrogen-rich gas is compressed, and is circulated back to the first hydrogenation reaction zone and the second hydrogenation reaction zone. With the method provided by the invention, device equipment investment and operation cost can be effectively reduced, and oil refining process economic efficiency can be improved to a maximal extent.
