The invention discloses a
coating for a reflective lampshade and a preparation method. The
coating is prepared from the following components:
graphene modified polyacrylic resin,
epoxy resin, nanosilicon dioxide, aluminum
hydroxide,
magnesium oxide,
titanium dioxide, a defoaming agent, a filler, a modifier, and appropriate amount of water. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing and modifying the
graphene modified polyacrylic resin and the
epoxy resin; adding the nanosilicon dioxide,
titanium dioxide, the modifier, the defoaming agent and the appropriate amount of water for mixing and reacting;
grinding to the particle size being under not larger than 20um; adding the aluminum
hydroxide, the
magnesium oxide and the filler, mixing and shearing to obtain the
coating for the reflective lampshade. The coating for the reflective lampshade provided by the invention not only has better high
temperature resistance and
corrosion resistance, but also has better
light reflection and concentration functions, can effectively utilizes a
light source so as to reduce the waste of the
light source, and has a better energy-saving effect and a better application value.
