The technology includes: adopting gold or silver or platinum as the precious metal substrate, first, conducting precleaning treatment on the to-be-plated precious metal substrate, second step, performing activation treatment, third step, utilizing chemical deposition method to react an organosilane substance, a stabilizer and auxiliary discharging gas on the precious metal surface so as to plate an antioxidant film on the metal substrate surface, and finally taking out the precious metal plating product. Specifically, the organosilane substance is a mixture of tetraethyl orthosilicate, 2-(3, 4-cyclohexane oxide)ethyl trimethoxysilane and 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, and the stabilizer is a mixture of cerium zirconium oxide, N, N'-ethylene bis stearamide, bis(acetylacetone)isobutoxy isopropoxy titanate and zinc stearate. The antioxidant film prepared according to the technology has strong substrate adhesion, can play a very good anti-oxidation and anti-sulfurization role, and still can have good adhesion even after a period of time in a high temperature environment.
