The invention provides a method for preparing an implant surface with a multi-scale complex porous structure and for preparing a titanium-based implant surface with antibacterial and osteogenic functions. The method adopts a three-step reduction method of sand blasting, oxalic-acid acid etching and alkali treatment and simulates a morphology environment for new bone formation in vivo under the physiological condition. The osseointegration of the implant surface can be accelerated, the surface is beneficial to the long-term stability of the implant, has a significant antibacterial performance, can inhibit infection of early planting, and can further improve the success rate of planting. With adoption of the method, a micro-nano composite pure titanium implant surface with the osteogenic and antibacterial performances, namely a three-dimensional implant surface with the multi-scale complex structure is prepared. The surface has an osteogenic activity higher than that of SLA most widely used in clinic and good antibacterial performance and has a wide application prospect. The surface has the extremely vital significance on expanding oral planting indications, shortening the implant restoration course, reducing infections relative to planting and increasing the success rate of planting.

The gradient composite material preferably contains four layers of tape-casted films, and the volume percentage contents of the bioactive ceramic powder are 0%, 30%, 50% and 70% from thefirst-layer tape-casted film to the fourth-layer tape-casted film respectively. The prepared gradient composite material can promote the early adhesion and proliferation of osteoblasts and fibroblastsand effectively promote the formation of transition layers between tendons and bone tissues, and the tendon-bone bonding strength can be increased by 38.6%. The curing time can be controlled and regulated through the degree of silicon dioxide wrapping and modifying magnesium oxide,the hydration temperature when the bone cement is solidified is reduced as well, and the clinical usage performance of the magnesium base bone cement is prominently improved. The micro-arc oxidation method comprises the following steps that (1) an electrolyte is prepared, wherein a fluorine-containing compound is added into mixed alcohol, stirring is carried out until complete dissolving is achieved, cooling is carried out to the room temperature, then an additive is dissolved ina mixture, and the electrolyte is obtained; (2) sample pretreatment is carried out, wherein samples are ground, polished, rinsed, ultrasonically cleaned and blown to be dried for standby application;and (3) micro-arc oxidation is carried out, wherein the pre-treated samples connected with a micro-arc oxidation power supply anode and a stainless steel sheet connected with a cathode are placed inthe electrolyte, and then rinsing and blow drying are carried out after micro-arc oxidation treatment. The method is simple and easy to implement, and a prepared fluoride film layer can be applied tothe fields of acid environment corrosion resistance, biomedical magnesium alloy surface treatment and the like.
