The invention relates to an auscultation sound spectrum analysis-based multifunctional digital stethoscope circuit. A CMOS (complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor transistor) technology-based silicon microphone sensor is arranged in a stethoscope; the sensor can convert various sounds generated by organs of a human body into corresponding level signals; the level signals are subjected to operation amplification, filter anti-aliasing, and analog-to-digital conversion, and then are transmitted into an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) for digital signal processing, wherein a digital signal processing part is characterized by comprising an FIR (finite impulse response) filter unit, a system master control unit, an FFT (fast Fourier transform) operation unit, a spectrum screening core operation unit, a data communication unit and other logic units for spectrums of different organs of the human body; through an earphone interface, a universal asynchronous receiver / transmitter(UART) or variable-gain amplifier (VGA), a doctor can listen to the sound frequency through an earphone, or performs auscultation by displaying the spectrums through the connected display, and diagnosis results can be conveniently recorded, evaluated and saved; meanwhile, by combining technology of Internet of things, digital medical treatment solutions such as remote auscultation at home, remotemultilateral consultation and establishment of a civil human organ sound frequency spectrum library are constructed.
