According to the invention, various adsorbing materials are reasonably combined and designed and the adsorbing purifying technical operation is simple and feasible; the solvent use is safe, environment-friendly and economical; and the liquorice residue total flavone has an obvious restraining effect for two important targets, namely, alpha-glucosidase and PTP1B for preventing and controlling 2-diabetes mellitus, and especially, the restraining effect strength for alpha-glucosidase is at least 10 times higher than that of clinic hypoglycemic drug acarbose.
