The invention provides a cultivation method of black fungus. The cultivation method comprises the steps of: (1) preparing a culture material, uniformly mixing crushed sea-buckthorn twigs, sunflower heads, maize meal, bran, oil residues, lime and gypsum in formula ratio, regulating pH value to 8.5, and sterilizing; (2) inoculating, culturing hyphae, and cleaning fungus; (3) moving fungus bags to a previously disinfected cultivation field with temperature of 22-28 DEG C for fruiting cultivation; (4) picking finished products when black fungus sporocarp grows to ripe at eighty percent to obtain the black fungus. The cultivation method provided by the invention can not only increase the output of the black fungus, but also increase the total flavonoid content of the black fungus through measurement. In addition, compared with common field cultivation black fungus, the black fungus has the advantages of short period, low cost, less pollution, uniformity in fungus growth, standardization and industrialization.
