1109 results about "Phytosterol" patented technology

Phytosterols, which encompass plant sterols and stanols, are phytosteroids, similar to cholesterol, which occur in plants and vary only in carbon side chains and/or presence or absence of a double bond. Stanols are saturated sterols, having no double bonds in the sterol ring structure. More than 200 sterols and related compounds have been identified. Free phytosterols extracted from oils are insoluble in water, relatively insoluble in oil, and soluble in alcohols.

Method for preparing blend oil and cold-pressing and extracting peony seed oil

The invention relates to a method for preparing blend oil and cold-pressing and extracting peony seed oil. The method comprises the following steps: collecting and dehulling seeds, cold-pressing and secondary-filtering, producing and filling the blend oil. The invention has a simple oil-extracting process and reduces the loss of active components in oil-extracting process. Cold pressing temperature is low so that phospholipid, pigment, and the like hardly enter oil, and the cold pressing oil has lighter color and lower phospholipid content and can achieve a new international four class oil standard only by mechanical filtration instead of any chemical refining. Cold pressing rap oil has high nutritive and healthcare values because thermosensitive alpha-tocopherol and phytosterols are fullyremained, active protein and other active components in peony seeds are remained so as to creates advantages for further developing new purposes of the seeds; no refining sewage is discharged in thecold pressing production process, therefore, the pollution controlling cost is lowered and the environmental protection is favorable.

Process to remove impurities from triacylglycerol oil

The present invention is directed to a process to remove impurities from triacylglycerol oil including mixing the oil and a fluidic agent, pumping the mixture through a flow-through hydrodynamic cavitation apparatus at a pre-determined inlet pump pressure, creating hydrodynamic cavitation in the mixture, maintaining the hydrodynamic cavitation for a pre-determined period of time, moving the impurities from the oil to the fluidic agent, and then separating the fluidic agent from the oil. The impurities can include phytosterols, sterol glucosides, acylated sterol glucosides, in which case the fluidic agent is water, an alkali hydroxide, an inorganic base, an organic base, phosphoric acid, citric acid, acetic acid or a mixture thereof. The impurities may also include phosphatides, in which case and the fluidic agent comprises water and an enzyme such as phospholipase, a lipid acyltransferase or a mixture thereof.

Method for extracting squalene from vegetable oil deodorized distillate

The invention relates to a method for extracting squalene from vegetable oil deodorized distillate. A process method of combining molecular distillation with extraction and crystallization is used to extract high-concentration squalene and recover natural vitamin E and phytosterol with a certain purity from vegetable oil deodorized distillate. The method comprises the following steps of: carryingout a saponification reaction of the raw material; twice molecularly distilling unsaponifiable matter obtained by extraction; using the distillate obtained during the second distilling as a raw material for cold crystallization to obtain phytosterol; recovering squalene and mixed tocopherol from the filtrate; and extracting with multi-stage solvents to respectively enrich squalene and vitamin E in two phases. The process has simple flows, low-prices raw material and higher separation efficiency and recovery rate and comprehensively utilizes useful contents in the deodorized distillate.

Encapsulation of oxidatively unstable compounds

An encapsulated material containing an oxidation-sensitive core is covered by at least a dried phospholipid layer, and contains at least one phytosterol in the core, the phospholipid layer or in a further layer or layers. By using microencapsulation, oxidatively unstable materials may be provided with a synthetic protective barrier and rendered less susceptible to oxidative degradation.

Method for preparing antibiotic substituent for feed by probiotic asynchronous fermentation of Chinese herbal medicine

The invention discloses a method for preparing antibiotic substituent for feed by probiotic asynchronous fermentation of Chinese herbal medicine, belonging to the field of food nutrition and the technical fields of microorganisms and feed. The method comprises the following steps: extracting Chinese herbal medicine by adopting asynchronous fermentation and enzymolysis technologies, namely adding water and nutritive salt in proportion to prepare a Chinese herbal medicine fermentation liquid after a plurality of Chinese herbal medicines are subjected to impurity removal and super-micro smashing; firstly inoculating Aspergillus niger for aerobic fermentation, thus cellulose and pectinase are prepared; and then inoculating enterococcus faecium and lactobacillus plantarum for anaerobic fermentation; and then carrying out enzymolysis on damage cell walls, and dissolving out active substances of saponin, alkaloid, phytosterol, enzymic preparations, organic acid and the like. A plate-and-frame filter press is adopted to filter the fermentation liquid, the filtration liquid is directly subjected to low-temperature spray drying to prepare antibiotic substituent powder A; a filtration cake is dried by adopting a roller drier to prepare antibiotic substituent powder B, and the power A and the powder B are mixed and formulated in proportion to replace fermented enzymolysis Chinese herbal medicine extracts of antibiotic for feed.

Method for sequentially extracting tea saponin and tea seed oil from oil-tea camellia seeds

The invention discloses a method for sequentially extracting tea saponin and tea seed oil from oil-tea camellia seeds. A biological enzymatic hydrolysis method is firstly adopted for extracting tea saponin from shelled oil-tea camellia seed powder, and a water extraction method is further adopted for extracting the tea seed oil from desaponification residues. The process for extracting the tea saponin through the biological enzymatic hydrolysis method comprises the steps of cleaning, husking, crushing, fixing, homogenizing, performing enzymatic hydrolysis, performing coarse filtration through plate-frame filter cloth, and performing fine filtration through a miccroporous membrane. The process for extracting the tea seed oil through the water extraction method comprises the steps of ultrasonic vibration extraction and centrifugal separation. According to the method, the extraction efficiency of the tea saponin can be more than 90%, and the extraction efficiency of the tea seed oil can be more than 90%. The whole process flow is performed at low temperature, so that natural activity of the tea saponin, as well as vitamin E, phytosterol, squalene, natural flavor ingredients and the like in the tea seed oil are effectively protected. The foaming property and foam stability of the tea saponin prepared by the process are better in comparison with a traditional extraction method, the prepared tea seed oil has excellent quality, and the national pressed first-class tea seed oil standard can be achieved only by simple refining.

Cleanser composition with stable wire drawing effect and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses cleanser composition with a stable wire drawing effect and a preparation method thereof. The cleanser composition is characterized in that the composition has a wire drawing appearance, the wire drawing effect is long and thin like silk, foams are exquisite, dense, lasting and rich in a using process, and the skin is fresh and moist after the use of the composition; common components such as fatty acid, an amino acid surfactant and phytosterol are selected and used in the composition; when the temperature of a cleanser body of the cleanser composition prepared by an optimal proportional mixing process and an optimized preparation process reaches up to 50 DEG C, the cleanser body is taken out and smeared by hand, the long and thin wire drawing effect can be observed, water is added for rubbing to generate foams, and the foams are exquisite, dense, lasting and rich; after the circulation of high and low temperature from 50 DEG C to 25 DEG C, from 25 DEG C to -15 DEG C and from -15 DEG C to 25 DEG C, the cleanser body is smeared by hand, the long and thin wire drawing effect still can be observed, the water is added for rubbing to generate the foams, and the foams are exquisite, dense, lasting and rich; the usage and high and low-temperature environment transportation conditions are fully met; a test shows that the foams of the cleanser composition are more exquisite, dense, lasting and rich in comparison with a general cleanser; the skin after the use of the cleanser composition is softer and moister. Therefore, the cleanser composition has a good development prospect.
